Refund and Return Policy
We take great care to ensure your gift hamper arrives in perfect condition. However, if you need to return a product, please note the following:

Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product.

Once we receive the returned parcel and verify its condition, the replacement or refund will be processed and delivered within 5 to 6 business days.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after the return is processed.
